What You’ll Do

Partner with the business development team on evaluating target acquisitions
Prepare detailed financial reports, pro forma financial statements, and forecasts

Assist with integration planning from a financial perspective
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or progress toward CPA preferred)
1–3+ years of experience in public accounting, transaction advisory, or corporate finance
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
