Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks a Manufacturing Operator I - Lyo to support the collagen assembly line, including cutting, inspecting, packaging and boxing of sheets. You will operate a range of equipment, perform material prep, and ensure proper documentation for compliance.

The role requires adherence to safety and EHS requirements, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work overtime. Training will be provided to employees adapting to processes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Fundamental understanding of mathematics and chemistry.
• Basic mechanical skills are a plus.
• Willing to travel out of the country.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of processing equipment following SOPs.
• Handle, remove and dispose of hazardous materials.
• Set up and operate equipment (scales, pH meters, mixing tanks, lyophilization machines).
• Monitor controls and adjust temperature/pressure per procedures.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of manufacturing activities.
