Job summary

Kite Pharma is seeking an Associate Director to support the lymphoma franchise within the U.S. Medical Affairs team. You will lead priority workstreams and partner with Field Medical, Commercial, Market Access, HEOR/RWE, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Safety, and Global Medical Affairs to implement medical strategy.

The role reports to the U.S. Lymphoma Medical Strategy Lead and will be based in Foster City, CA, El Segundo, CA, Thousand Oaks, CA, or Parsippany, NJ, with travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• Role focuses on U.S. Lymphoma Medical Affairs strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Field Medical, Commercial, HEOR/RWE.
• Translate clinical data into medical strategy and field resources.
• Provide medical review of promotional and scientific materials.
• Manage projects, timelines, budgets, and agency partners.
• Travel up to approximately 35% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead priority workstreams within U.S. Lymphoma Medical Affairs.
• Serve as strategic medical partner to US Field Medical, Commercial, Market Access, HEOR/RWE, Global Medical Affairs.
• Translate data and insights into actionable medical strategy and field priorities.
• Refine scientific communication platforms, core medical content, FAQs, slide decks, and field resources.
• Co-lead advisory boards, expert engagement plans, congress activities, and medical education initiatives.
• Represent U.S. Medical Affairs in governance meetings with scientific leadership.
