Job summary

Confidential in Dallas, TX seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and provide expert patient care. You will render professional physical therapy, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing re‑assessment and discharge planning.

Required: Certified Lymphedema Therapist, graduate of an accredited PT program, current BLS, Texas license or temporary license, and at least one year of licensed PT experience.

Qualifications

• Required Certified Lymphedema Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License.
• 1 year Licensed PT.
