Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Lymphedema Therapist.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Texas Physical Therapy License or temporary license.
• Minimum 1 year licensed PT experience.
