Job summary

TEEMA seeks an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide clinical and administrative support at Wellness Centers in Burbank and Culver City, CA. The role covers front and back office duties, phlebotomy, and assisting providers in patient care.

This contract assignment runs 3 months with 2–3 days per week, offering PTO coverage and potential extension. A CA LVN license and EMR experience (Epic preferred) are required.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license is required.
• Experience in medical office, outpatient clinic, or wellness center preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills and patient service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide front and back office support in Wellness Centers.
• Room patients and prepare for visits; document vitals.
• Perform blood draws and specimen collection with proficiency.
• Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures.
• Process scheduling, check-in and EMR documentation.
• Maintain clinical supplies and ensure clean care areas.
• Communicate professionally with patients and team; work independently.
