LVN Wanted 3/4 Rotation Shifts for Homecare

Schedule: 3 days one week 4 days the other week, will work every other weekend with rotation schedule

Shift Hours: 10:00AM – 10:00PM

Pay: $36-$38 Per Hour Plus OT

MUST have over one year experience working with G tube, Trach and Ventilators in order to apply.

Maxim Healthcare Fresno is looking to hire Two Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to work with an adult patient. Patient is dependent on G-Tube, Trach and Ventilator and resides in Los Banos, CA.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:
