Qualifications

• 1+ years of LVN experience
• Current LVN licensure in California
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make timely decisions

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients, prioritizing safety, customer service, quality outcomes, and overall satisfaction
• Identify, manage, and treat specific skin disorders and primary/secondary lesions
• Educate CNAs on proper positioning, training, and skin care
• Evaluate patients' needs through ongoing assessment and revise treatment plans with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team (IDT)
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients
• Exhibit dependable, regular attendance and concentrate on using reasoning skills and good judgment
• Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team
