Job summary

Centre for Neuro Skills is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse for full-time residential care. You will provide professional nursing services, administer medications, perform assessments, and educate patients and staff to support independence and quality of life.

The role requires Texas LVN licensure with IV/blood draw certs preferred; on-site shifts may include varied hours. A supportive team and opportunities for professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Current/clear Texas LVN licensure.
• Blood Draw and IV certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing care at residential site.
• Administer medications and supervise distribution.
• Take vital signs and monitor progress; document findings.
• Follow physician orders and care plans; assist with daily routines.
• Provide emergency first-aid and vaccines as needed.
• Educate patients and staff on programs and ADLs.
• Assist transfers and ensure patient safety.
