• Admit, transfer and discharge residents with documentation regarding care and service provided.
• Participate in the orientation of new residents/family members to the facility.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction during shift.
• Coordinate shift assignments, resident assignments, rest and meal breaks for CNAs.
• Administer medications and treatments timely according to policy; follow physician orders as allowed.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health to supervisor, physician and family.
