The Staff Pad in Alturas, CA is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses for full-time and per-diem opportunities in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will deliver compassionate, resident-centered care, collaborate with families and care teams, and follow established care plans.

Ideal candidates hold a California LVN license and CPR, with LTC/SNF experience preferred; flexible weekends and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• California LVN license and CPR certification required.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Flexible to work weekends/holidays and across units as needed.
• Reliable, organized, and compassionate team player.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, quality nursing care per care plans and facility policies
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to the provider
• Support residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Collaborate with families and care teams to optimize outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
