Job summary

Meadowood Nursing Center in Clearlake, CA is hiring LVNs for full-time shifts. Earn $40–$45/hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. We offer a stable schedule (6:30 AM–3 PM, 2:30 PM–11 PM, 10:30 PM–7 AM) and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and PTO.

Ideal candidates hold a CA LVN license, may obtain BLS/CPR during orientation, and are organized, dependable, and good communicators with a passion for resident care.

Qualifications

• Holds a current California LVN license.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred or obtainable during orientation.

• Excellent communication with residents, families, physicians and staff.
• Demonstrates leadership and teamwork for resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within LVN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and policy.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Support CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in infection control and quality improvement programs.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Carry out physician orders in compliance with state regulations.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a current California LVN license
• Has current BLS/CPR certification or can obtain it during orientation

• Has a genuine passion for patient advocacy and resident care
