$2 additional shift diff for all team members working a direct care shift from 6pm Friday to 6am Monday.

• Minimum of 3 shifts in a 6-week scheduling period.
• Minimum of 1 and 3 shifts being a weekend shift in a 6-week scheduling period.
• Commit to working 2 holidays.
