Job summary

Qualifications

- Active LPN/LVN license in state employed and CPR certification.
- 1+ year clinic experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in patient assessment and treatment planning in accordance with policies.
- Administer medications and implement medical plans as directed by practitioners.
- Respond to emergencies and maintain safety through established protocols.
- Implement nutrition and therapeutic diets and assist in procedures as needed.
- Document nursing encounters and communicate information to staff.
