Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support patient care in a correctional setting. The role involves data collection, nursing processes, and collaboration with the health team to deliver high‑quality care.

The LVN will participate in assessments, administer medications, and help educate patients while adhering to Nursing Practice Act guidelines. Strong attention to safety and documentation is essential.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• One (1) year or more clinic experience preferred.
• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state employed.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in patient assessment and treatment planning.
• Administer medications and implement medical plans as directed by the Health Care Practitioner.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safety using established protocols.
• Implement nutrition and therapeutic diets and assist in medical procedures.
• Document nursing encounters and communicate with healthcare staff.
