Job Details

Pay Range: $34.00/hr - $41.00/hr (based on skills and experience, discuss with your recruiter)

Position Description

Provides nursing care within scope of practice to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, and relevant laws.

Qualifications

• Long Term Care experience
• Point click care charting experience
• Current LVN/LPN license in practicing state
• Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one
• Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Follow procedures for charting and incident reporting
• Manage narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction
• Document changes in patient conditions
• Use the Quality Life Manual for patient monitoring
• Notify relevant departments of patient room changes, LOA, admits, or discharges
• Make rounds with physicians as needed
