Summary: Prepare Health Plan required reports, Action plans from audits (CAPs), medical record audits, coordinate annual HEDIS Data Collection, conduct relevant QI studies, and coordinate CPPI. Review/respond to grievances and appeals, monthly medication inventory audit, and monitor any other quality indicators.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Current California licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Graduate of accredited school of Licensed Vocational Nursing. One (1) year previous experience in an ambulatory care setting.
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations: Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license, current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association and IV certification required. Current ACLS certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - American Heart Association certification preferred. CPHQ is a plus.
