Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LVN to provide 1:1 home-based nursing care in patients' homes in the Port Arthur area. The role offers night shifts (5:30 pm–5:30 am) on a rotation with weekly pay and a night shift differential, plus flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN options.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, medication administration, monitoring, and documentation, with ongoing clinical support and local office assistance. Active LVN license and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience is preferred.
