Willow Springs Healthcare Center in Palm Desert, CA seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for part-time evening and night shifts. You will administer medications, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, document care, and communicate with families and physicians in a collaborative team.

Qualified candidates hold an active California LVN license and have strong clinical skills, with a compassionate, resident-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Monitor residents with acute and chronic conditions and report changes promptly.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Accurately document nursing care using the electronic medical record system.
