Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LVN to provide direct 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes in Pleasanton, CA. You will deliver care for adult and pediatric patients with flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities. Evening and night shifts available, with weekly pay and support from a local clinical team.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient condition, administering medications, documenting care, and coordinating with the healthcare team to support individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience is preferred.
