• Completion of LVN training from accredited school or college.
• Valid LVN license in good standing.
• Valid CPR and BLS card; IV Certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care per standards.
• Check vital signs and monitor residents' condition.
• Dress wounds and insert catheters as needed.
• Document progress notes accurately.
• Report changes to the nurse supervisor promptly.
• Supervise CNAs and coordinate with departments.
