Position Details

Location: Caldwell County Jail

Open Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse

Schedule: 3/4 12hr Night Shift Rotation; EVO Weekend

Sign-On and Retention Bonus available

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s).
  2. Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards & correctional regulations.
  3. Follow established treatment plans.
  4. Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and critical thinking.
