Qualifications

• Current California LVN license.
• BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.
• Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction procedures.
• Documents changes in patient conditions (nutrition, infections, skin issues, weight loss).
• Uses the Quality Life Manual to identify, place, and monitor patients in programs.
• Notifies departments of room changes, LOA, new admits or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
