Job summary

Kern River Transitional Care Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team on the Full-Time NOC Shift in Bakersfield, CA. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and participate in care planning with an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a California LVN license (active) with CPR/BLS, strong assessment and documentation skills, and a commitment to resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current and active California LVN license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification as required.
• Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to orders and care plans.

• Complete nursing documentation in a timely, accurate manner.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Supervise and provide direction to CNAs as assigned.
• Follow infection control procedures and maintain resident confidentiality.

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Full-Time NOC ShiftKern River Transitional Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team on the Full-Time NOC Shift.
