Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Irvine, CA seeks a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support care across Interventional Radiology, Primary Care, Home Health/Hospice, and related areas under supervision. Duties include patient assessments, care planning, preoperative instructions, specimen handling, and accurate documentation.

The LVN will coordinate with nurses and physicians to deliver timely, safe care, discharge planning, and data entry while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current LVN license to practice in California.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
• Follow patient identification procedures and document care as prescribed.
• Assist with discharge planning and front-office duties as needed.
• Maintain a HIPAA compliant environment and accurate charting.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Provide care in Home Health/Hospice Float across Orange County.
