The LVN/LPT provides recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatments, including medications, as prescribed by the physician. You will implement direct care safely, effectively, and efficiently, following established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
Full-Time: 8:00am-4:30pm | Monday-Friday
Expected starting wage range is $28.43 - $35.13. Pay ranges vary by geographic location, with starting pay based on relevant experience above minimum requirements.
* Paid Time Off: 16.7 days in the first year for full-time employees
* Nine paid holidays and shift differentials (6% for PM, 10% for Overnight); weekend shift differentials (5% for Weekend AM, 11% for Weekend PM, 15% for Weekend Overnight)
