Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse - LVN | Licensed Psychiatric Technician - LPT

Job Duties: The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) is a member of the interdisciplinary team that supports the people we serve in their recovery journey. The licensed nurse provides nursing care to clients in the areas of treatment planning, medication administration, assessments, and support according to physicians’ orders and applicable client care standards, within their scope of practice.

Sign on Bonuses: $4,000 FT, $2,000 PT, and $1,000 On-Call if hired by May 31, 2025. Bonuses will be paid out after 90 days of employment or working 100 hours, whichever is later.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time:
    • AM (including weekends)
    • AM (Fri/Sat) & PM (Sun/Mon)
  • Part-Time: PM (Fri/Sat) & NOC (Fri/Sat)
  • On-Call: (AM, PM, NOC)
Qualifications:

  • Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.
  • Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.
  • Knowledge of DBT, WRAP and psychosocial rehabilitation principles preferred.

About the Campus: Crestwood Center is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center located in Angwin, amidst the beautiful hills of the Napa Valley. The facility provides a versatile array of classes for clients to participate in during their recovery program and encourages active participation in treatment planning from the moment of admission.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:: $40 USD - $45 USD
