Job summary

Crestwood Eureka is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to deliver direct nursing care under physician orders and support the care team. The role includes supervising aides and coordinating activities on the unit.

Full-time NOC shift (Friday–Sunday) with 12-hour shifts, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. California licensure and CPR/First Aid are required, with preferred mental health nursing experience.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
  • Ability to supervise.

Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT)

Job Duties: The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) provides direct nursing care to the clients according to physicians’ orders and applicable client care standards, within their scope of practice. The nurse will provide direction to non-licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operating the unit.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time: NOC (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. 12 hour shifts)

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.
  • Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
  • Ability to supervise.

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$37 - $37 USD
