The Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Vallejo, CA is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our compassionate care team. You will provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, admitting and assessing residents and delivering a full range of nursing services.

We offer hourly pay of $38, strong benefits, ongoing training, and a family-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LVN/LPN license to practice in the state of California.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn is expected.

Responsabilités

• Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Conducting daily rounds to observe residents' physical and emotional status.
• Medication administration.
• Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Maintaining confidentiality of resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety in the facility.
