Position Overview

FullShift Staffing is seeking LVNs for Perdiem/Part-time or Full-time positions. New Graduates are encouraged to apply! Join our team and grow with us!

Objective

Provides nursing care within scope of practice to meet patients' needs in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, policies, and regulations.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Follow infection control protocols.
  • Participate in quality improvement programs.
  • Use the Quality Life Manual for patient monitoring and placement.
  • Communicate patient changes to relevant departments.
  • Conduct family and patient education.
  • Administer medications and treatments timely and according to policies.
  • Transcribe and carry out physician orders as permitted.
  • Assist physicians during rounds when necessary.
Qualifications
  • Current LVN license in California.
  • One-year nursing management experience preferred but not required.
