You will participate in and direct patient care under facility systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders, ensuring high-quality services in a customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities include

• Maintains appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluates staffing pattern needed to meet the needs of the residents in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.

LPN Requirements

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
• Previous skilled nursing experience
