$43.16 Hourly rate (+ $1.60/hr NOC shift diff + $2.50/hr wknd shift diff!)

Full-time 24 hours, weekend rotations required.

Shift Schedule: NOC 11 PM - 7:30 AM

This includes the Frank Residences, offering luxurious assisted living and memory care services; the Jewish Home and Rehabilitation Center, featuring long-term skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and an acute psychiatric unit specialized in mental healthcare for older adults over age 55; and the Jewish Home and Senior Living Foundation.

What you’ll do as a Licensed Vocational Nurse:

Utilize your outstanding clinical skills as you support and implement the overall plan of care to promote wellness and safety to all patients on the assigned unit. You will be responsible for giving and directing comprehensive nursing care, assuming the role of charge nurse, and supervising the activities of nursing assistants.

  • Work with patients one on one to achieve improvement and stability.
  • Case manage patients care with the interdisciplinary clinical team.
  • Prepare clinical notes, orders and charting in a compliant time frame.
  • Collaborate with Nurse Managers, RNs and staff to deliver the best care possible.

For you to be a successful Licensed Vocational Nurse:
  • Current and unrestricted California LVN license.
  • Current CPR certificate.
  • Two years acute care or long-term care experience preferred.
