LVN/LPN – Employee Health Clinic | Frisco, TX
Contract position – Full-time, Weekdays

A leading employer-sponsored health provider is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) for a full-time, contract opportunity at an on-site wellness clinic dedicated to serving municipal employees and their families. This health center focuses on delivering primary and preventive care in a convenient, patient-centered setting.

Contract Duration: June 30, 2025 – September 29, 2025 (14 weeks with possibility of extension or perm)

Schedule:

Mon/Wed/Fri: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Tues/Thurs: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

Hours Guaranteed: 40 hours/week

Setting: On-site clinic supporting municipal employees and their dependents

Key Responsibilities:

Support providers with clinical tasks, including vital signs, injections, point-of-care testing and rooming patients

Perform administrative duties such as documentation, patient intake and EMR charting

Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures

Deliver excellent patient care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Contribute to health promotion and wellness initiatives

Qualifications:

Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of Texas

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required)

1+ year of experience in an outpatient, primary care, or occupational health setting preferred

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary clinic

Experience with EMR systems (EPIC experience a plus)
