Sunnyview Convalescent Hospital is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time day shift in our nursing department in California. The LVN will provide leadership to CNAs, oversee resident care, and administer medications under physician orders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to CNAs.
• Oversee the care and wellbeing of residents.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered.
• Complete charting and physician orders.
• Admit, transfer, discharge residents as required.
• Make rounds with physicians.
• Orient and welcome new residents and families.
• Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC).
• Other duties as assigned.
