Qualifications

• Requires Vocational Nursing program graduation and licensure.
• 3 years of acute or ambulatory care experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, intervene and evaluate care.
• Escort patients, record vitals, assist with procedures and EKGs.
• Provide direct patient care and administer medications.
• Monitor patient condition and notify physicians as needed.
• Maintain patient records and coordinate tests and referrals.
• Handle calls, messages, and prior authorizations.
• Triages patients and ensures privacy and safety.
