Job Description:

  • Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan care
  • Make frequent visits to the patient to evaluate their condition
  • Provide support and comfort according to individual patient’s needs
  • Work with caregivers to plan and execute excellent patient care
  • Assist in medication administration
  • Alleviate sudden symptoms of the disease’s end phase
  • Assist patients and their families with paperwork

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills.

  • Compassionate nature and patience.
  • Must be able to analyze, review and judge different situations they face and take the right actions according to the situation.

License/Certification:
  • Current LVN License
