Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed LVN to provide direct 1:1 nursing care in patients' homes across the South Bay and greater Los Angeles area. The role emphasizes consistent assignments, a manageable pace, and meaningful impact on patients and families.

Weekend, PM, and overnight shifts are encouraged. The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with day, evening, and overnight options, plus benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
