Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LVN to provide in-home nursing care across the South Bay and greater Los Angeles area. You will care for patients in their homes, following individualized plans and reporting changes to the healthcare team, with consistent assignments and a manageable pace.

This position offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and strong clinical and office support from Maxim’s local team, with opportunities for weekend and overnight coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Support individualized care plans
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team
