Maxim Healthcare is seeking a licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home, one-to-one nursing care for patients in their homes. You will deliver direct patient care with a focus on a manageable pace and meaningful impact for patients and families.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, supporting care plans, and documenting care while coordinating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license and BLS certification are required.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.
