Assisted Home Health & Hospice is seeking a per diem LVN to support our Santa Barbara Home Health branch. The role pays $46 per visit plus $11 for mileage. You will provide comprehensive home health nursing, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Requirements include CA RN licensure, CPR, health clearance, and competency through an agency exam. At least one year of nursing experience is preferred. Full job description available upon request.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, active California RN license.
• Current CPR, health clearance, and clinical skills self-assessment.

What you will do:

As a Home Health LVN you will deliver holistic, home health care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and you will effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.

Who you are:

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, active license in the State of California by the Board of Registered Nursing.
• Current CPR, health clearance and clinical skills self-assessment.
• Successful passage (80%) of Agency competency exam and core competency per skills checklist.
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience.
