Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LVN to provide one-on-one home care for a pediatric patient with gtube, trach, and vent management. You will deliver direct patient care in the home, monitor conditions, administer medications, and update the care team under an established plan.

Shifts are Mon-Fri 3:30pm–11:30pm with weekly pay. Family prefers a Spanish-speaking nurse. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities exist with dedicated local support.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required.
• Active LVN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
