Job summary

Enloe Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join the Emergency Department team. You will provide patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, contributing to the education and emotional support of patients and families in a fast-paced ED setting.

The role requires California LVN licensure, CPR, IV/blood withdrawal certification, ACLS, and PALS within 6 months of hire. Night shifts (1800-0630), 12-hour shifts, with a varied days-off schedule.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate clinical judgment and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and confidentiality in a fast-paced ED setting.
• Must fulfill essential functions of LVN role and adhere to care standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Emergency Department under RN supervision.
• Support education and physical/emotional care for patients and families per care plan.
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with team.
