CVS Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) for on-site support in the South Austin clinic, with float to nearby locations. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality patient care, medication administration, and documentation within a collaborative care team.

The ideal candidate will hold an active LVN/LPN license, NCLEX-PN, and EMR experience (Epic preferred). Strong communication, organization, and critical thinking are essential to support diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Active LVN or LPN license in good standing.
• Successful NCLEX-PN completion.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation standards.
• Experience with phlebotomy, vaccines, and point-of-care testing.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
• Evaluate complex patient conditions and document responses.
• Monitor vital signs and health status; observe for abnormalities.
• Document patient history and care using electronic health records.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and community resources.
