Qualifications

• Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) eligible for practice in the U.S.
• Ability to perform focused patient assessments and document findings
• Proficiency in safe medication administration and patient education

Responsibilities

• Perform focused assessments and report abnormal findings to the RN/MD
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision
• Administer medications including IV (as certified) and document actions
• Complete clinical reminders and ensure medications/supplies are current
• Document patient responses to medications and notify the care team
• Assist with diagnostic procedures and prepare equipment as needed
• Maintain standards of practice and patient safety in all care activities
• Use BCMA system for medication administration
• Educate patients and families about disease process, treatment, and self-management
