Job summary

Volunteers of America Los Angeles is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a residential substance use program. The LVN will provide nursing services, monitor withdrawal symptoms, support MAT, and coordinate care with medical providers.

Position is on-site, part-time with rotating shifts. Requires CA LVN license, CPR, and ASAM I/II completion; previous substance abuse experience and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have California LVN license and CPR.
• One year LVN experience in a related setting.
• Experience serving substance abuse clients is preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services including monitoring withdrawal symptoms and MAT.
• Maintain electronic health records and coordinate care with medical providers.
• Design and implement health services plans for clients.
