Job summary
California Correctional Health Care Services is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse for Centinela State Prison (CEN) under the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. The LVN provides basic and technical nursing care in correctional health care settings, under the clinical direction of the RN and in collaboration with the health care team.
This is a 12 Month Limited Term - Full Time position located in Imperial County.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic and technical nursing care under supervision of SRN II/III and RN.
- Collaborate with physicians and health care team to deliver timely patient care.
- Support daily health care operations and ensure appropriate use of health resources.
