Job summary

CENTRO SAN VICENTE CLINIC is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse Clinic Supervisor in El Paso, TX. The role reports to the Nurse Manager and oversees on-site nursing and support staff, ensuring smooth clinic operations and patient care.

You will supervise clinical activities, manage medication administration and immunizations, and ensure compliance with state regulations. Texas LVN license and CPR are required, with demonstrated supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess Texas LVN license and CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years in nursing and at least one year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to manage clinic nursing staff and coordinate with Nurse Manager and RN.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site supervisor for clinic nursing staff and ensure adequate coverage.
• Perform nursing duties within LVN scope, including medication administration and patient flow.
• Manage immunization program and coordinate reports to the State of Texas.
• Ensure proper storage/handling of medications and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with staff training and scheduling, and maintain regulatory knowledge.
