Windsor is currently hiring for:

• 2pm - 10pm Monday- Friday
• 10pm - 6am

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observe, assess, report patient conditions/changes, and document according to policies and regulations.
• Document relevant patient assessments and changes in the EMR.
• Implement care plans, administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assign duties and supervise CNA staff to ensure quality care.
