Responsibilities :

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of LVN / LPN licensure.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes, documenting in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Complete EMR documentation related to patient assessments and changes.
• Implement care plans, administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assign duties and supervise CNA staff to ensure optimal patient well-being.
