Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Participate in and oversee patient care within the scope of the LVN/LPN licensure.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions/changes, documenting in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Document relevant patient assessments, evaluations, and changes in condition in the EMR, following nursing practices.
• Implement care plans, administer medications, and treatments as prescribed.
• Assign duties and supervise CNA staff to ensure high-quality clinical care and patient well-being.

Requirements:
